Had a very relaxing stay for a business trip, everything was perfect. The full English breakfast was enjoyable and superb with fresh fruit salad, Dee's incredibly fine omelets made to order and bacon.

Felt like home, reasonable base for one night
Great breakfast, different choices like cereal and fruit. Attentive and excellent hotel staff. - Perfect location by railway station and local attractions. - Visited Car Dyke Monument, not very far from the venue

This small hotel was a characterful base for relaxing and having fun in Waterbeach. Everything was very good, with newly decorated and large rooms that met our needs. the food was excellent overall.

Convenient last-minute stay. Essential amenities included: bedside fans, USB chargers, hairdryer, smart TV with Netflix, and shampoo & conditioner. Plenty of nearby dining options or a conservatory for takeaways. Peaceful with no disturbances. Delicious cooked breakfast. Friendly and attentive owner. Potential repeat visits. Impressive stay.

The staff is outstandingly accommodating
The services are great. the location is incredible, really close to the center of Waterbeach and buses. - the rooms are well-appointed with a bathroom. - Complimentary toiletries are provided. - the fantastic breakfast makes for a thoroughly enjoyable stay

The room they gave us was modern and airy with nice firm mattresses and a TV. the location was marvellous, right by a shop and local amenities, pubs, railway station, and buses.

The value for money at Old School House Rooms & Lodge was excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms that felt like a home from home. The location by the village green was great, and the staff gave us a warm and friendly welcome.
The only suggestion to improve the breakfast would be to have the option to choose our breakfast selection in the morning rather than the night before.

Warm drinks available in the on-site bar. Excellent staff. - Magnificent location in a comfortable area, close to the center of Waterbeach, the guesthouse, Newmarket Racecourse, and Cambridge.
